In Process Quality Control Inspector
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Ensure that in process parts & materials are reviewed for quality compliance during production flow.
•Assist in determining parts conformance and serviceability.
•Performing in process inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance documentation and quality of workmanship.
•Verify P/N and S/N on items.
•Review article trace documentation to accurately identify suspect unapproved parts.
• Performs other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and/or work Experience Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Holder of FAA Airframe and or Power plant (A&P) license or repairman certificate Preferred,
•At Least 18 months of aviation experience Required.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
•Attention to detail is imperative.
•Must be able to multi-task.
•Must be efficient with a desire to succeed.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.\
Physical Requirements:
•Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
•Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and comply with OSHA standards.
•While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility for extended periods of time.
